We are looking for a fluent Dutch speaker with good English to provide product support for one of the country’s best known navigation and sports IT product suppliers.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic person with a strong ‘phone manner who enjoys speaking with customers and helping answer any questions they have.
You should have some experience of customer support plus solid IT knowledge and a desire to learn about new technologies.
An interest in gadgets and technology is a definite advantage and so is an interest in outdoor and fitness pursuits
The role pays £17,000. The company offers car-sharing, changing rooms for those who like to cycle in, subsidised canteen, off-road parking. It is a very supportive company – and a ‘work hard play hard’ atmosphere.
You will be mainly responsible for answering the ‘phone, emails and postal enquiries offering both pre & post sales advice to clients. This will be a basic technical role with client support – you will be given full training.
Here are some of the key duties:
Respond to customer calls and emails efficiently working to targets.
Investigate customer’s problems, providing quality, accurate and factual replies; escalating customer queries as required.
Continually improve knowledge of the technologies developed by the company.
And here are some of the main candidate requirements:
Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, experience of Mac and CRM systems would be an advantage. Full training given on company products and systems
Experience of working in a customer focused environment, preferably on inbound calls, or in a technical support function is a big plus.
Good level of spoken and written English required as training is provided in English
Strong phone manner with the ability to adapt your response to the technical level of the customer.
Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent.
Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and good English
